1. Who we are
Be Your Best Academy is the data controller for personal information collected through this site. Contact: contactrommen@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
Account data (name, email), authentication data (password hash or Google identity token), onboarding submissions (training background, goals), and payment metadata (handled and stored by Stripe — we never see full card details).
3. Why we collect it
To create and operate your account, deliver classes and coaching, process payments, send essential service emails, and improve the academy.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
Performance of contract (delivering your membership), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), and consent where required (marketing emails).
5. Sharing
We share data only with the processors required to run the service: Lovable Cloud (hosting & auth), Stripe (payments & tax compliance), and Google (sign-in, if you use it). We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
Account and billing data are kept for the life of your account and up to 7 years after closure for tax/legal reasons. Onboarding notes are kept while your membership is active.
7. Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to contactrommen@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Cookies
We use only essential cookies for authentication and session state. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
9. Changes
We will post any updates to this page and notify you of material changes.
