Refund Policy

Cancel anytime
You can cancel any membership from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days from your first purchase to request a refund — provided you have not consumed a meaningful portion of the digital content (e.g. streamed multiple classes, received private feedback, or attended a private class). To exercise this right, email contactrommen@gmail.com within 14 days.
Renewals
Monthly renewals are non-refundable once charged. We recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you do not intend to continue.
Pro & Elite
Pro and Elite include private coaching time that is reserved for you. Once a private class or video review has been delivered (or a scheduled session missed without 24 hours notice), it cannot be refunded.
Exceptional cases
Duplicate charges, technical issues that prevented access, or any genuine billing error will be refunded in full. Write to contactrommen@gmail.com and we will resolve it quickly.
