1. About
Be Your Best Academy (“we”, “us”) is an online ballet training brand operated by Sergio (the founder). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
2. Memberships
We offer three subscription tiers — Studio (€29 / month), Pro (€99 / month), and Elite (€500 / month). Prices include any applicable VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
3. Access & content
Membership grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to stream our class library and receive the coaching included in your tier. You may not download, redistribute, or share account access. All training content remains our intellectual property.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal — access continues until the end of the current paid period.

6. Conduct & safety
Training carries inherent physical risk. You are responsible for working within your ability and consulting a medical professional where appropriate. We are not liable for injury sustained while practising.
7. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that share access, abuse our content, or behave abusively toward staff or members.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
